Explorer entrepreneurs are individuals with little to no experience in starting or managing a business. At Bowie State University, the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (EIC) supports these beginners through mentorship, workshops, and networking, helping them build essential skills, develop innovative ideas, and gain confidence to launch their ventures.
THE HATCHERY
The EIC Theatre at Bowie State University is a vibrant space within the Entrepreneurship Innovation Center designed for events, workshops, and entrepreneurial showcases. It serves as a hub for creativity and collaboration, supporting student pitches, panels, and startup presentations while promoting an entrepreneurial mindset across campus and the community.
MEET THE MENTORS
Mentors Meet is a signature EIC program at Bowie State University that connects aspiring entrepreneurs with experienced mentors for personalized guidance. Through one-on-one and group sessions, participants gain insights and support to advance their business ideas and growth.
